Lost !!

Nothing you love is lost. Not really. Things, people—they always go away, sooner or later. You can’t hold them, any more than you can hold moonlight. But if they’ve touched you, if they’re inside you, then they’re still yours. The only things you ever really have are the ones you hold inside your heart. ~Bruce Coville

Book: Jeremy Thatcher, Dragon Hatcher

When I was a little Kid , I saw a fantastic performing dog act. This golden retriever did all these astonishingly clever tricks . When I saw what potential dogs possess , how smart they can be, I wondered why they are mostly happy to be doing dumb dog tricks. Life gave me the answer "Dogs have talent but no ambition"

Eulogy to KK

When KK passed away , I was sitting listening to a review in which I was not getting reviewed . As messages came popping on groups and with nothing much better to do , i wrote a quick eulogy with plans to put on FB and then forget. While going through my old notes found that again -

Once when world goes bleak , the expecto patronum takes back to the time & age when I first heard Yaaron , the time when friendship ( & marks ) powered everything . And with KK gone , the voice that once had redefined friendship is also gone. Thanks KK for redefining friendship when we could have turned either way , your songs came at a time when we were entering the corporate world and something was truly needed to reaffirm the faith on old traditions of friendship & camarderie .

The Half Filled Glass

The pessimist complains about the weather  , the optimists declares it will change . The pragmatist goes out anyway, with an umbrella.
